In Memoreru, organizations are managed through tenants.

What is a Tenant?

A tenant is the organizational unit in Memoreru. All users belong to a shared tenant. On the Business plan, you can create independent dedicated tenants.

Creating a Dedicated Tenant

  1. Open "Tenant Management" in the admin panel
  2. Click "Create New Tenant"
  3. Enter a tenant name and slug (URL identifier)
  4. Click "Create"

The creator is automatically registered as the owner.

Tenant Settings

From the tenant management screen, you can configure:

  • Tenant name and display name
  • Description
  • Logo image

Organization (Department) Management

On the Business plan, you can build hierarchical org structures within a tenant.

Organization Hierarchy Example

Configuration Options

  • Department name and code: Identification information
  • Parent department: Specify parent to build hierarchy (up to 10 levels)
  • Manager: Assign a department head
  • Display order: Set sorting order in lists

Member Assignment

  • Assign users to departments
  • Primary and concurrent roles: One person can belong to multiple departments
  • Set position titles (Director, Manager, Team Lead, etc.)
  • Set assignment dates (start date, end date)
