Tips and Tricks
1. Start Drafts as PRIVATE
When creating content, start with PRIVATE visibility and change it when it is ready.
Workflow:
1. Create a draft as PRIVATE
2. Review and refine the content
3. Change to TEAM or PUBLIC when complete
2. Default to PRIVATE
When in doubt, choose PRIVATE. You can always broaden the visibility later.
3. Keep Folder Visibility Consistent
It is easier to manage when all content in a folder shares the same visibility level.
📁 Project A (TEAM)
├─ 📄 Design Document (TEAM)
├─ 📊 Task Management (TEAM)
└─ 📄 Meeting Notes (TEAM)
4. Review Visibility Periodically
When a project is complete, change unneeded content back to PRIVATE or delete it.
