Account & Login

Q1. How do I create an account?

A: Click the "Sign Up" button on the top page.

Enter your email address and password to register.

Q2. What if I forgot my password?

A: Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to start the password reset process.

A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.


Q3. Can I change my email address?

A: Yes, you can change it from the settings page.

Content Creation

Q4. How many pieces of content can I create?

A: It depends on your plan.

  • Free: 100 pages, 30 tables, 100 folders
  • Light: 10,000 pages, 100 tables
  • Standard: 100,000 pages, 250 tables
  • Business: Even higher limits

For limits on other content types (views, graphs, dashboards, slides), please refer to the plan comparison page.


Q5. Can I recover deleted content?

A: No, deleted content cannot be recovered.

Please verify carefully before deleting.


Q6. Can I collaboratively edit content with other users?

A: Collaborative editing is not available in the current version.

This feature is planned for a future release.


Table Features

Q7. How many rows can I add to a table?

A: It depends on your plan.

  • Free: 1,000 rows
  • Light: 10,000 rows
  • Standard: 30,000 rows
  • Business: 100,000 rows

Q8. Can I add columns to a table after creating it?

A: Yes, you can add or remove columns at any time.

Manage columns from the table editing screen.


Q9. Can I export table data?

A: Table data can be exported in CSV, TSV, and Excel formats. Select a format from the "Export" menu on the table screen to download your data.


Teams

Q10. How many teams can I create?

A: It depends on your plan.

  • Free plan: Up to 1 team
  • Light plan: Up to 3 teams
  • Paid plans: More teams available

Q11. Is there a limit on team members?

A: Yes, it depends on your plan.

  • Free plan: Up to 5 members per team
  • Paid plans: More members can be added

Q12. If I delete a team, is the content deleted too?

A: No, the content is not deleted.

However, content with "TEAM" visibility may become inaccessible.


Social Features

Q13. Can other users see my bookmarks?

A: No, bookmarks are visible only to you.

Other users cannot see your bookmarks.


Q14. Is the content creator notified when I like their content?

A: It depends on notification settings.

If the creator has notifications enabled, they will be notified when someone likes their content.


Q15. Is there a limit on how many users I can follow?

A: In the current version, there is no limit on the number of users you can follow.


Search & Filters

Q16. Can I search the body text of content?

A: Yes, body text is searched along with titles and descriptions. Keyword searches match against all three fields.


Q17. Can I delete my search history?

A: Yes. Your search history is saved automatically. To remove an individual item, click the X button next to it in the search history list.


Plans & Pricing

Q18. What can I do on the Free plan?

A: All basic features are available.

However, there are the following limits:

  • Content creation: 100 pages, 30 tables, 100 folders (total counts)
  • Teams: Up to 1
  • Team members: Up to 5 per team

Q19. How do I upgrade my plan?

A: Go to the "Plan" tab in the settings page.


Q20. Is there a free trial?

A: A free trial period is available for paid plan features.

Other

Q21. Is there a mobile app?

A: A mobile app is not currently available.

Please use Memoreru through your web browser. It also works on smartphone browsers.


Q22. Can I use Memoreru offline?

A: No, Memoreru is an online-only service.

An internet connection is required.


Q23. How do I contact support?

A: You can reach support from the "Support" section in settings or through the help center.
