Login & Authentication
Cannot Log In
Symptom: Unable to log in despite entering the correct email and password
Checklist:
[ ] Check for typos in the email address
[ ] Verify uppercase/lowercase in the password
[ ] Make sure Caps Lock is not on
[ ] Ensure browser cookies are enabled
Solutions:
- Reset your password
- Try a different browser
- Try incognito/private browsing mode
Two-Factor Authentication Code Is Invalid
Symptom: The code from your authenticator app is rejected
Checklist:
[ ] Is your device's clock accurate?
[ ] Has the code expired?
[ ] Are you using the correct authenticator app?
Solutions:
- Set your device's clock to automatic
- Wait for a new code and enter it
- Use a backup code
Content Creation & Editing
Cannot Save Content
Symptom: An error appears when clicking the save button
Checklist:
[ ] Check your internet connection
[ ] Verify all required fields are filled in
[ ] Ensure the file size is within limits
[ ] Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser
Solutions:
- Reload the page and try saving again
- Try a different browser
- Copy the content and create it as a new item
Cannot Upload Images
Symptom: Nothing happens after selecting an image
Checklist:
[ ] Avatar image: 5MB or less, JPG / PNG / WebP / GIF
[ ] Cover image: 10MB or less
[ ] Content file uploads:
Free: 50MB / Light: 200MB / Standard: 500MB / Business: 1GB
Supported formats: JPG / PNG / WebP / GIF, audio, video
[ ] Internet connection
Solutions:
- Compress the image to reduce its size
- Convert to a different format
- Reload the page and try again
Search & Display
No Search Results
Symptom: Searching for a keyword returns zero results
Checklist:
[ ] Check for typos in the keyword
[ ] Review visibility settings
[ ] Check active filters
Solutions:
- Try different keywords
- Reset all filters
- Broaden the visibility scope
Page Loads Slowly
Symptom: Pages take a long time to load
Checklist:
[ ] Internet connection speed
[ ] Browser cache
[ ] Large amounts of data being displayed
Solutions:
- Clear your browser cache
- Reduce the number of items displayed
- Try a different browser
Teams
Team Members Not Showing Up
Symptom: An invited member does not appear in the member list
Checklist:
[ ] Has the invitation been accepted?
[ ] Have you reloaded the page?
Solutions:
- Reload the page
- Ask the member to check their invitation email
- Resend the invitation
Cannot Access TEAM Content
Symptom: Content with TEAM visibility does not appear
Checklist:
[ ] Are you a member of the team?
[ ] Is the correct team selected?
[ ] Did the content creator set the visibility correctly?
Solutions:
- Verify your team membership
- Switch the active team
- Ask the content creator to verify the visibility setting
Notifications
Not Receiving Notifications
Symptom: Notifications are not arriving despite being enabled
Checklist:
[ ] Notification settings are turned on
[ ] Email address is correct
[ ] Check spam/junk mail folder
[ ] Browser notification permissions are granted
Solutions:
- Review notification settings
- Verify your email address
- Check browser notification permissions
- Check your spam/junk mail folder
Other Issues
Unstable Behavior
Symptom: Screen freezes or errors occur frequently
Checklist:

[ ] Browser extensions interference
Solutions:
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Clear your browser cache
- Disable browser extensions and try again
- Try incognito/private browsing mode
Missing Data
Symptom: Content you created is nowhere to be found
Checklist:
[ ] Was it deleted?
[ ] Check visibility settings
[ ] Check active filters
[ ] Are you logged in with the correct account?
Solutions:
- Use the search function to look for it
- Reset all filters
- Contact support
Important: Deleted content cannot be recovered.
