Tips for Using Bookmarks
Use by purpose
Read later -> Remove once you've finished reading
Reference material -> Review and remove when the project ends
Favorites -> Keep only content that truly adds value long-term
Review periodically
As bookmarks pile up, it becomes harder to find what you actually need. Go through your list once a month using these criteria:
Checklist:
- Bookmarks you haven't accessed in the last 3 months
- Content from completed projects
- Content with outdated information
Bookmarks vs. Folders
Use bookmarks for: cross-category or temporary saves (read later, personal favorites)
Use folders for: systematic organization (project materials, topic-based knowledge, team documents)
For more details, see Organizing Folders.
Privacy & Security
- Bookmarks are private: your bookmarks are not visible to other users
- When content is deleted: its corresponding bookmark is automatically removed as well
FAQ
Q1. Is there a limit on the number of bookmarks?
A: There is no bookmark limit in the current version. We recommend keeping the count manageable (around 50–100).
Q2. Can I share my bookmarks with other users?
A: Bookmark sharing is not available in the current version. To share content, share the content's URL directly.
Q3. Can I organize bookmarks into folders?
A: Folder-based bookmark management is not available in the current version (planned for a future release). As a workaround, organize the content itself into folders and use bookmarks for temporary saving.
Q4. Can I delete all bookmarks at once?
A: Bulk deletion is not available in the current version. Please remove bookmarks individually.
Q5. Will the content creator be notified when I bookmark their content?
A: No, bookmarks do not trigger notifications. Bookmarks are an entirely personal feature.
Q6. Can I sort my bookmarks?
A: Yes. Available sort options: date bookmarked (newest/oldest first), content creation date, and title.
