Member Management
Learn how to add, remove, and manage permissions for members in your tenant or team.
Inviting Members
How to Invite
- Open "Tenant Management" or "Team Management" in the admin panel
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter the email address of the member to invite
- Select a role
- Click "Send Invitation"
An invitation email will be sent to the invited member.
Inviting Unregistered Users
You can invite users who don't have a Memoreru account by email. When they sign up through the invitation link, they're automatically added to the tenant/team.
Invitation Expiry
Invitations are valid for 14 days. If expired, send a new invitation.
Roles
Members can be assigned the following roles:
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control. Can delete tenant/team and transfer ownership |
| Admin | Member management and settings (except deletion and ownership transfer) |
| Writer | Create and edit content |
| Reader | View content only |
Accepting Invitations
Invited members can view their invitations in Settings > Account under the "Invitations" card.
- Both tenant and team invitations are listed
- Shows: inviting organization name, assigned role, expiration date
- Choose "Accept" or "Decline"
Managing Members
- Change Role: Select a member and change their role
- Remove Member: Remove a member from the tenant/team
- Cancel Invitation: Cancel pending invitations
Unit-based Pricing
On Standard plans and above, member limits are determined by the unit system.

Adjust unit count from subscription settings.
