Screen Layout Overview

The Memoreru interface is composed of the following main elements:

The dark bar at the top of the screen is the Navigation Bar.

Left Side

  • Memoreru logo: Click to go to the top page (dashboard)
  • Menu icon: Opens and closes the sidebar on mobile

Center

  • Search box: A text field for searching your content
    • Type a keyword and press Enter to search
    • You will be taken to the search results page

Right Side

  • Create button (+ icon): Create new content

    • Click to open the content type selection menu
    • Choose from Page, Table, Folder, Slide, and more
  • Notification icon (bell): View your notifications

    • Notifications for likes, comments, follows, and more
    • A red dot appears when you have unread notifications
  • User icon: Account menu

    • Click to open the dropdown menu
    • Access My Page, Settings, Log Out, and more

The Sidebar on the left side of the screen provides quick navigation links.

The sidebar organizes your content by visibility level across four sections:

  • Bookmarks: Content you have saved as favorites
  • Public: Content published to the internet
  • Team: Content shared with your team members
  • Private: Content visible only to you

Each section can be expanded or collapsed to show or hide its contents.

Features Accessible from the Header

  • My Page: User icon > My Page
  • Settings: User icon > Settings
  • Search: Search box

Expanding and Collapsing the Sidebar

  • Desktop: Use the icon at the top of the sidebar to expand or collapse it
  • Mobile: Use the menu icon in the header to open or close the sidebar

Main Content Area

The large area in the center of the screen is the Main Content Area.

What Gets Displayed

The content shown in the main area changes depending on the page you have selected:

  • Top page: Dashboard, timeline
  • Search page: Search filters, search results
  • Content detail: Page body, Table data, etc.
  • Edit screen: Content creation and editing forms

On some pages, breadcrumb navigation appears at the top of the screen.

What is Breadcrumb Navigation?

It shows the hierarchical path to the current page.

Example:

Home > Content Management > Table > Product List

How to Use It

  • Each item in the breadcrumb is a clickable link
  • Click an item to navigate to that level in the hierarchy
  • Useful for quickly moving back to a parent page

Top Page (Dashboard)

The first screen you see after logging in is the Top Page (Dashboard).

Dashboard Layout

  1. Header Section

    • Search box: Search for content
    • Quick action buttons: Create new content
  2. Statistics (coming soon)

    • Number of content items created
    • Recent activity
    • Community stats
  3. Recent Content

    • Recently created or updated content
    • Recently viewed content
  4. Timeline (coming soon)

    • Latest activity from users you follow
    • New content from the community

Search Page

The Search page lets you search and filter content.

Accessing the Search Page

  • Run a search from the search box in the header
  • Click the "Search" link in the sidebar
  • Navigate directly to /search

Search Page Layout

  1. Search bar

    • Keyword input field
    • Search button
  2. Filter panel

    • Content type filter (Page, Table, etc.)
    • Visibility filter (PRIVATE, PUBLIC, etc.)
    • Category filter
    • Tag filter
  3. Sort options

    • Date created
    • Date updated
    • Relevance
  4. Search results

    • Matching content is displayed as cards
    • Each card shows the title, description, content type, creation date, and more

My Page

My Page is where you manage your content and activity.

Accessing My Page

  • Click the "My Page" link in the sidebar
  • Header user icon > select "My Page"
  • Navigate directly to /mypage

My Page Layout

  1. Profile section

    • Avatar image
    • Display name
    • Bio
    • Edit profile button
  2. Tab menu

    • My Content: A list of content you have created
    • Bookmarks: A list of content you have saved as favorites
  3. Content list

    • Filter and sort options
    • Card view or list view

Creating Content

There are several ways to create new content.

Method 1: Create Button in the Header

  1. Click the "+ icon" in the upper right of the header
  2. Select a content type from the dropdown menu
    • Page
    • Table
    • Slide
    • View
    • Graph
    • Dashboard
  3. You will be taken to the creation screen

Method 2: Direct URL

You can go directly to the creation page for each content type:

  • Page: /contents/create/page
  • Table: /contents/create/table
  • Slide: /contents/create/slide
  • View: /contents/create/view
  • Graph: /contents/create/graph
  • Dashboard: /contents/create/dashboard

Note: Folders are created and managed directly from the sidebar.


Viewing and Editing Content

Viewing Content

  1. Access from search or My Page

    • Click on a content item from search results or from your My Page content list
  2. Detail page

    • The content details are displayed
    • Page: body text is shown
    • Table: table data is shown
    • Slide: slides are shown

Editing Content

  1. Click the Edit button

    • Click the "Edit" button on the content detail page
  2. Edit screen

    • Make your changes
    • Click "Save" to save your edits

Memoreru adapts its layout to suit your device.

Desktop

  • Sidebar is always visible
  • Wide main content area
  • Full access to all features

Tablet

  • Sidebar can be collapsed
  • Optimized for touch input
  • All major features are available

Mobile (Smartphone)

  • Sidebar opens and closes via the menu icon
  • Compact layout
  • Optimized for touch input
  • All major features are available

Keyboard Shortcuts

Currently available shortcuts:

  • Ctrl + S (Cmd + S): Save your edits (inside the editor)
  • Esc: Close modals and menus

Planned for a future release:

  • Ctrl + K (Cmd + K): Focus the search box
  • Ctrl + N (Cmd + N): Create new content

AI Chat Support

You can ask the AI assistant questions anytime using the chat icon in the lower right corner.

How to Use It

  1. Click the chat icon in the lower right corner
  2. Type your question and send it
  3. The AI will respond with an answer

Example Questions

  • "How do I create a Table?"
  • "I want to change a column's data type."
  • "Where can I find my Bookmarks?"
